Ingredients:
Orange Mayonnaise recipe makes 6 Servings
Three fourths cup Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Grated orange rind
1 Egg white
One fourth cup Orange juice
1 One half teaspoon Confectioners sugar
Mix all ingredients, except egg white. Set aside. Beat egg white to soft
peaks. Fold into mayonnaise mixture. Makes 1 cup. Excellent for fruit
salads.
