Recipe - Orange Jicama Salsa

1 md Orange, peeled and chopped
1 small Serrano chili, seeded and
chopped
One half cup Chopped peeled jicama
One fourth cup Chopped tomatillos
One fourth cup Chopped red onion
2 tablespoon Chopped fresh cilantro or
parsley
1 tablespoon Lime juice
1 teaspoon Honey
One fourth teaspoon Salt
Mix all ingredients in nonmetal bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour
to blend flavors.
Makes about 2 cups salsa.
