Recipe - Orange Dressing For Duckling

One half cup Hot water
3 cup Bread crumbs; toasted
2 teaspoon Grated orange rind
2/3 cup Diced orange pulp
2 cup Diced celery
One fourth cup Melted butter
1 Egg; beaten
One half teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
One fourth teaspoon Savory
One half cup Raisins

Pour hot water over bread crumbs in large bowl; let stand for 10 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients; stir lightly to combine. Stuff duckling..

NOTE: If dry stuffing is desired, omit hot water.

YIELD: 6 servings
