Recipe - Orange Creamsical Dessert

2 pack (3ounces) orange gelatin
1 cup Boiling water
One half cup Cold water
2 pack (3 1/2ounce) instant
vanilla pudding/pie
filling
2 cup Cold milk
2 cn (11ounce) mandarin
oranges, drained
2 cup Prepared whipped topping
Lime peel, for garnish
In small bowl, dissove gelatin in boiling water; stir in cold water. Chill
until slightly thickened.
Prepare pudding according to package directions using milk. Reserve 5
mandarin oranges for garnish. Fold remaining mandarin oranges, thickened
gelatin, and 1 cup whipped topping into prepared pudding. Pour into 6cup
ring mold. Chill 4 hours or until set.
To serve, unmold onto serving plate. Spoon remaining whipped topping in
center of ring. Garnish with reserved mandarin oranges and lime peel. Cut
into leaf shapes.
