Recipe - Orange Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

1 cup Milk
1 One half cup Cream
One half teaspoon Vanilla
1 teaspoon Orange extract
2 Eggs
One half cup Sugar
One half cup Chocolate bits

Combine first four ingredients. Chill. Beat two eggs. Add sugar and beat
stiff. Fold into milk mixture. Stir freeze until slushy. Add chocolate
bits. Complete freezing.

Makes about 1 quart.
