Recipe - Orange Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 cup Margarine
2 cup Flour
1 cup Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup White sugar
1 teaspoon Baking soda
2 Eggs
1 Orange rind grated
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 Orange, peeled, pitted &
Chopped
3 cup Oatmeal
2 cup Chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350. Cream sugars and margarine together; Add eggs and
vanilla. Beat until smooth and no lumps. Add dry ingredients and
orange and orange rind. Mix well. Stir in chocolate chips.

Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet and flatten with fork
tines. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
