Recipe - Orange Almond Pastries

One half cup Orange marmalade
3 dr Almond extract
6 Sheets frozen phyllo pastry
Thawed
Butterflavored Pam
One fourth cup Light cream cheese or
Regular
1 tablespoon Sifted powdered sugar
Combine marmalade & extract; set aside. Coat phyllo sheets, working with 1
sheet at a time, lightly with Pam. Fold each in half lengthwise. Coat with
Pam; cut crosswise into 4 (6 One half x 4 1/2") rectangles. Spread One half tsp cream
cheese on short side of each phyllo strip; top each with 1 tsp marmalade
mixture. Fold long sides in about 1/2". Beginning with the
marmaladefilled end, roll up jellyroll fashion. Place each roll, seam
side down, on a baking sheet. Coat tops of roll with Pam. Bake 375 for 7
min. Remove from pan & sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cool completely.
