Recipe - Orange-Tinted Cream-Cheese Frosting

1 pound Cream cheese; room
temperature
8 tablespoon Unsalted butter; room
temperature
2 cup Sifted confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Orange foodcoloring paste
In the large bowl of an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and butter until
smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla and beat on low speed for several
minutes until smooth. Using a wooden toothpick, add foodcoloring paste to
desired color. Makes about 3 cups.
