Recipe - Orange-Onion Salad

Ingredients:

8 lg Lettuce leaves
8 md Oranges; cut or sliced up
2 md Red onions; cut or sliced up
Girard's Old San Francisco
French dressing

Peel oranges; slice in 1/4inch thick rings. Peel onions, slice thinly and
separate into rings. Place lettuce leaf on salad plate; place cut or sliced up orange
rings (1 orange per serving) on lettuce. Cover with 2 slices of onion,
which has been separated into rings. Pour dressing on top, using amount
desired, when ready to serve. Makes 8 servings.
