Recipe - Orange-Honey Butter

1 cup Orange juice
2 tablespoon Honey
1 Stick unsalted cold butter
Salt and pepper

Reduce orange juice in a small sauce pan to the consistency thick syrup. In
the container of a food processor, combine remaining ingredients, blend and
chill until ready to serve..
