Recipe - Orange-Ginger Cookies

1 cup Butter
2/3 cup Sugar
1 Egg yolk
1 tablespoon Grated orange peel
1 One half teaspoon Ground ginger
1 teaspoon Vanilla
One fourth teaspoon Salt
2 One half cup Flour

Combine butter, sugar, egg yolk, orange peel, ginger, vanilla and salt, mix
well. Stir in flour to form a dough. Fill cookie press with dough. Press
into desired shapes on ungreased cookie sheets; decorate as desired. Bake
in a preheated 400F oven for 10 minutes, until set but not brown. Makes 5
dozen.
