Recipe - Onion And Green Bean Salad

2 Onions; cut or sliced up into rings
1 tablespoon Sugar
2 pack (10oz) frozen green beans
5 sl Bacon
1/3 cup Oil
2 tablespoon White vinegar
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1 ds Cayenne pepper
Place onion rings in bowl; wprinkle with sugar. Cook beans as directed;
drain. Cool thoroughly; toss with onion rings. Chill at least 1 hour,
stirring occasionally. Fry bacon, crumble and reserve. At serving time,
combine oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir until mixed. Pour over
beanonion mixture; add bacon. Toss gently. Makes 6 servings, 180 calories
each.
