Recipe - Onion Meat And Potato Casserole

6 lg Vidalia onions, peeled and
thinly cut or sliced up
6 lg White potatoes, peeled and
thinly cut or sliced up
2 cn Condensed mushroom soup
4 tablespoon Oil
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Fresh ground pepper
2 pound Lean ground beef

Brown meat in oil; drain and add salt and pepper. Grease large casserole
dish and make alternate layers of onions, potatoes and meat. Pour mushroom
soup on top and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8.
