Recipe - Onion Halibut Bake

2 cup Thinly cut or sliced up onions
1 tablespoon Melted butter
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 teaspoon Crushed dill weed
Salt and pepper to taste
4 Halibut steaks (46 ounce each)
Combine onions, butter, olive oil, dill weed, salt and pepper in 9inch
square baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 1015 minutes or until onions
begin to brown. Season halibut, if desired; place on onion mixture and top
with a few of the onion slices. Bake 1015 minutes or until fish flakes
when tested with fork. Serves four.
