Recipe - Onion Egg Bread

2 cup Capacity; 3Cup Capacity
1 One half teaspoon Active dry yeast; 2 One fourth tsp.
2 cup Bread flour; 3 c
2 tablespoon Onion flakes; 3 tbls
1 teaspoon Poppy seeds; 1 One half tsp
Three fourths teaspoon Salt; 1 tsp.
2 teaspoon Sugar; 1 tbls.
2 tablespoon Plus 1 tsp nonfat dry milk;
4 Tbls.
4 teaspoon Butter or margarine; 2 tbls
One half cup Plus 1 tbls water; 1 cup
1 lg Egg; 1 large
1 teaspoon Lemon juice; 1 ts

All ingredients must be at room temp. Add ingred. in order specified by
bread machine manufacturer. Set bread machine on basic/standard setting,
select medium or narmal baking cycle.
