Recipe - Onion Cheese Ball

2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese room
temp; (8 ozs)
3 ounce Roquefort cheese; room temp
(3 to 4)
4 pack Cream cheese; (3 oz)
softened
3 tablespoon Dried minced onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup Minced fresh parsley
Crackers
In a mixing bowl beat cheeses, onion and Worcestershire sauce til well
mixed. Shape into a ball and roll in parsley. Chill. Serve with crackers.
Yield: 1 cheese ball (4").
