Recipe - Onion-Roasted Potatoes

1 Envelope Liptons' Onion
Soup mix
2 pound Potatoes, chunked
1/3 cup Olive or vegetable oil
1. Preheat oven to 450F
2. In a large plastic bag or large bowl, add all ingredients. Close
bag and shake, or toss in bowl, until potatoes are evenly coated.
3. Place in shallow baking or roasting pan. Bake, stirring occas
ionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
