Recipe - Onion-Herb Focaccia

One half cup Water
1 lg Egg
1 tablespoon Olive or veg. oil
One half teaspoon Salt
2 cup All purpose flour
4 teaspoon Sugar
1 One half teaspoon Fleischmann's Bread Machine
Yeast
Three fourths cup Chopped onion
One half teaspoon Rosemary crushed or 1
tablespoon fresh
3 tablespoon Olive oil
Add water, egg, 1 tablespoon oil, salt, flour sugar, and yeast to bread
machine. Select dough/manual cycle. When cycle is complete, remove dough
from machine to a floured surface. Divide dough in half, form each half
into a smooth ball. Roll ball into a inch inch round. Place each round on a
greased baking sheet. Cover and set aside. Cook onion and rosemary in olive
oil until is tender. With fingertips press slight indentations into each
round. Sprinkle rounds with onion mixture. Cover and let rise in a warm
place until doubled in size (2030 mins). Bake 375 for 1215 mins or until
done. Remove from sheets cool on wire rack.
