Recipe - One Potato Two Potato

Ingredients:

4 cup Sweet potatoe, thinly cut or sliced up
4 cup New potatoe, thinly cut or sliced up
Butter Buds, or Molly
McButter or other butter
substitute
4 tablespoon Minced onion
One half teaspoon Pepper (or to taste)
1 cup Skim milk
2 tablespoon Minced parsley

Coat a baking dish with vegetable spray. Place one layer of cut or sliced up sweet
potatoes, then one layer of new potatoes. Sprinkle with the butter
substitute, 1 tablespoon of onion, a sprinkle of pepper, and repeat this
layering until all potatoes are used. Pour the skim milk over the
potatoes. Cover, and bake at 375ø for 4045 minutes or until potatoes are
done. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes. Garnish and serve with
fresh parsley.
