Categories: None, One Pan Mexican Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:

1 One fourth cup Flour
1 cup Sugar
One fourth cup Corn starch
3 tablespoon Cocoa
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
One half teaspoon Salt
1/3 cup Oil
1 tablespoon White vinegar
One half teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Water

CHOCOLATE GLAZE
2 tablespoon Cocoa
1 tablespoon Oil
1 tablespoon White corn syrup
One half teaspoon Cinnamon
1 cup Confectioner's sugar

Here are two great TNT onepan cake recipes (with frostings) from years
ago, origin unknown, although I think it may have been McCalls or Family
Circle Magazine in the early 1980's.

In 8 or 9 inch pan mix together flour, sugar, corn starch, baking soda,
cocoa, cinnamon and salt with fork. Add oil, vinegar, vanilla and water.
Mix well. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool and frost.

Chocolate Glaze: Combine cocoa, oil, syrup and cinnamon in small sauce pan.
Stir over low heat until smooth. Gradually stir in sugar until smooth and
shiny.
NOTE: Both of these are also good topped with whipped cream or sprinkled
with powdered sugar.
