Recipe - One-Step Lasagne

1 One half cup Water
31 ounce Spaghetti sauce; (2 jars)
16 ounce Lasagna noodles; uncooked
15 ounce Ricotta cheese
8 ounce Mozzarella cheese; shredded
One half cup Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees. Combine the water and the sauce. Cover the
bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan with 1 One half cup of sauce. Arrange
single layer of noodles over the sauce, overlapping slightly. Cover the
noodles with One half of the ricotta cheese and then One half of the mozzarella
cheese. Top with 2 T. parmesan cheese. Repeat these layers ending with 1/4
cup of parmesan. Bake for one hour or until set. Let stand covered for 10
minutes.
NOTES : This is a meatless recipe, but you could cook one pound of
hamburger and add it to the sauce.
