Recipe - Official Green Bay Team Guacamole

2 Ripe avocados
3 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
One half cup Diced onion
3 tablespoon Chopped tomato
2 tablespoon Chopped bell pepper
One half teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Minced cilantro
GARNISH
Wisconsin Cheddar cheese;
minced
Notes: From Orange County Registar
1. Cut avocados in half and remove seeds. Scoop out pulp and place in a
bowl. Drizzle pulp with lemon juice and mash.
2. Combine with remaining ingredients, mix well, and sprinkle with cheese.
Serve with chips or cutup fresh vegetables.
Yield: About 2 One half cups
