Recipe - Oatmeal Raisin Rounds

2 One half cup Pillsbury's Best All Purpose
Flour, sifted
1 teaspoon Soda
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1 cup Butter
2 cup Sugar
2 Egg; unbeaten
2 cup Quickcooking rolled oats;
ground
1 One half cup Raisins; ground
One half cup Funsten's Nuts; chopped
BAKE at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. MAKES 5 dozen cookies. Sift
together flour, soda and salt. Cream butter. Gradually add sugar, creaming
well. Add eggs, beat well. Blend in dry ingredients. Stir in ground oats,
ground raisins, and chopped nuts. Shape into balls, using a rounded
teaspoonful for each. Place on ungreased baking sheets; flatten slightly
with bottom of glass dipped in flour. Bake in moderate oven (375 degrees)
12 to 15 minutes. *For use with Pillsbury's Best SelfRising Flour, omit
salt and soda.
