1 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast; (Three fourths t)
1 tablespoon Dough Enhancer; optional, (2
t)
1 One half tablespoon Brown Sugar; (1 T)
1 One fourth cup Rolled Oats; (Three fourths C)
2 One fourth cup Bread Flour; (1 One half C)
1 teaspoon Salt; (One half t)
4 teaspoon Milk; (2 One half t)
1 One half tablespoon Butter; (1 T)
1 One half tablespoon Molasses; (1 T)
9 ounce Warm Water; (Three fourths C)
This is a soft, richtasting oatmeal bread. Try a toasted slice with a
bowl of hot oatmeal for a real oat lover's treat.
Note: 1. For Panasonic/National machines, use 2 t of yeast for the 1 One half lb
loaf.
