Recipe - Oatmeal-Banana Muffins

3 cup Whole Wheat Flour
Three fourths cup Rolled Oats
1 tablespoon Baking Powder
One half teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
One fourth teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 Egg
2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 One half cup Lowfat Milk
1 small Banana, cubed
One fourth cup Sunflower Seeds, toasted
Combine the flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar
in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and blend.
Spoon into oiled muffin tins or paper muffin cups.
Bake in a 375degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
