Recipe - Oatmeal+ Cookies

2 cup Mashed bananas
2 cup Caster sugar
2 cup Brown sugar
2 tablespoon Egg replacer + One half cup water
(or 4 eggs)
2 teaspoon Vanilla
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Baking soda
4 cup Flour
5 cup Oats
4 7 cups any combination of:
raisins, dates, chocolate
chips, carob chips,
&/or nuts
Cream bananas (or fat) and sugars. Add egg replacer & water (or eggs) and
beat thoroughly. Add in vanilla, salt, baking soda, flour, and oats,
beating at medium speed after each addition. Stir in other ingredients.
Press golf ball size scoops onto greased baking sheet 2" apart. Bake at
400 degrees F for 810 minutes or until brown. Cool completely before
munching.
