Recipe - Oat Cake

Ingredients:
Oat Cake recipe makes 55 Servings
1 cup Oatmeal
1 cup Flour
One half cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Soda
One half teaspoon Salt
One half cup Shortening
1 Egg
One fourth cup Milk

Mix first 6 ingredients together. Put in shortening. blend well. Beat
eggs and milk, add to the first mixture. Roll out One fourth in thick. Cut in
squares.
Bake 400 degree oven for 10 minutes or until slightly brown.
