Recipe - Oat Bran Wonder Bread

1 pack Yeast
1 cup Rolled oats; (quick cook)
1 One half cup Bread flour; (Better For
Bread)
2 One fourth cup Oat bran
1 Three fourths cup Whole wheat flour
4 tablespoon Gluten
2 tablespoon Wheat germ
1 teaspoon Salt; (optional)
2 tablespoon Safflower oil; (or any
vegetable)
3 tablespoon Honey
2 Egg whites; (room
temperature)
2 cup Warm water
2 tablespoon Warm water
Ingredients should be at room temperature. Liquids (and 'warmed'
ingredients) should be at 120130 degrees.
Add ingredients in order given. Retain 1 cup of the water until after the
machine has started mixing the dough for 1 minute. Then add the remaining
1 cup very slowely. Setting: white bread
Reduce liquid if bread rises too much, increase liquid if too dry.
