One half cup Bread flour
4 tablespoon Oat bran;hot;cereal
2 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Margarine
1 tablespoon Dry milk
1 teaspoon Salt
7/8 cup Water
A LIGHT, FIBERRICH, NUTRITIOUS LOAF. SERVE TOASTED W/MARMALADE Attach
kneading blade and put all ingredients in the order given into the bread
pan. Makes 1 loaf, 8 slices. Each slice: 147 calories; 1 gm dietary fiber;
less than 1 gm souluble fiber; 27 gm carbohydrates; 4 gm protein; 2 gm fat
(13% calories from fat); less than 1 mg cholesterol; 268 mg sodium; 62 mg
potassium; 16 mg calcium.
