Recipe - Oat-Bran Raisin Muffins

2 One fourth cup Oat bran
One fourth cup Brown sugar
2 teaspoon Baking powder
1 One half teaspoon Ground ginger
One fourth teaspoon Black pepper
One half cup Raisins
One half cup Walnuts OR raisins OR other
Fruit or nuts
Egg equivalent
One fourth cup Honey
Three fourths cup Warm skim milk or nondairy
Equivalent
Mix wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls. Combine and let set 10
minutes. Pour into lightly greased/pammed muffin tins. Bake at 375 degrees
15 minutes or until lightly browned.
