Recipe - Nut Shell For Ice Cream Pie

1 Egg Whites
1/8 teaspoon Salt
One fourth cup Sugar
1 One half cup Nuts; Finely Chopped
1. Combine in egg whites and salt and beat until stiff, but not dry.
2. Gradually beat in One fourth c. sugar until stiff, glossy peaks form.
3. Carefully fold in nuts.
4. Press onto bottom and sides (not rim) of a well greased 8" pie pan.
Prick with fork.
5. Bake at 400 for 12 minutes. Cool.
