1 One half pound BUTTER PRINT SURE
1 pound FLOUR GEN PURPOSE 10LB
1 pound NUTS MIX SHELL #10
1 One half pound SUGAR; GRANULATED 10 LB
1 One half pound SUGAR; BROWN, 2 LB
One half ounce CINNAMON GROUND 1 LB CN
1. SIFT TOGETHER FLOUR AND CINNAMON IN MIXER BOWL; BLEND IN SUGARS.
2. ADD BUTTER OR MARGARINE TO DRY INGREDIENTS; MIX AT LOW SPEED
UNIL WELL BLENDED.
3. BLEND IN NUTS AT LOW SPEED.
NOTE: THIS FILLING MAY BE USED IN A VARIETY OF SWEET DOUGH PRODUCTS.
USE 2 TBSP FILLING FOR EACH PASTRY. SEE RECIPE NO. DG7, GUIDE FOR
SWEET DOUGH MAKEUP.
