Recipe - North Carolina Eastern Style Slaw

6 Medium heads (about 36 cups)
Cabbage, finely shredded
1 One half cup Green onions, cut or sliced up
1 One half qt Mayonnaise or salad dressing
Three fourths cup Vinegar
3 tablespoon Celery seed
2 tablespoon Salt (or to taste)
Combine cabbage and onion in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl,
blend mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, celery seed and salt. Mix
well and drizzle mayonnaise mixture over cabbage mix. Toss
lightly to coat well. Refrigerate until serving.
