Recipe - Noodles With Blue Cheese

10 ounce Noodles or fettucine
One half pound Blue cheese (any type)
One fourth cup Whipping cream or One half & 1/2
One fourth cup Grated parmesan or romano
Fresh ground black pepper
While pasta is cooking in boiling salt water, crumble cheese and mix it
with the cream and pepper. Drain the pasta, and place in a frying pan. Add
the cheese mixture and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve hot with grated
