Recipe - Noodles And Cheese Times Three

Ingredients:

8 ounce Egg noodles
3 tablespoon Margarine
1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup Swiss cheese minced
1 cup Mozzarella cheese minced

~ White sauce: 3 tablespoons margarine 3 tablespoons allpurpose
flour 1 One fourth teaspoons salt One fourth teaspoon black pepper 1 Three fourths teaspoons ground
nutmeg 2 One half cups milk

1. Bring 3 quarts water to a boil; add salt if desired. Gradually add
noodles to boiling water; keep water boiling. Cook, uncovered, for 5
minutes; stir occasionally. Drain. 2. Toss the noodles with margarine, then
with Parmesan cheese. Add cubed Swiss and mozzarella cheese and toss
lightly. 3. Turn half the noodles into greased 3quart casserole dish (or
use a 13 x 9 x 2inch dish). Top with half the white sauce. Repeat layers;
sprinkle more grated Parmesan on top. 4. Bake in preheated 350degree oven
for 25 minutes or until bubbling.

WHITE SAUCE: Melt margarine in saucepan. Blend in flour and seasonings.
Gradually add milk and cook, stirring constantly, until sauce boils 1
minute.
