Recipe - Noodle Pudding With Apples And Nuts

One half pound Cooked broad noodles
2 tablespoon Butter
3 Eggs; separated
1 cup Sugar
1 One half teaspoon Cinnamon
2 Apples; cut or sliced up
One fourth cup Dried currants or raisins
One half cup Chopped nuts
Boil noodles and drain. Heat butter in a skillet, add the noodles and cook
just long enough to absorb the fat. Remove from heat, add beaten yolks,
sugar, rest of ingredients and stiffly beaten egg whites. Place in a
wellgreased baking dish or sprayed with a nonstick spray such as Pam.
Bake half an hour in a moderate oven, (350 degrees). Serve hot with any
