Recipe - No Gluten Bread

2 cup Soy flour, defatted
1 cup Cornmeal
1 cup Brown rice flour
3 teaspoon Baking powder
One fourth cup Honey
2 tablespoon Applesauce
2 One half cup Water
Mix flours and baking powder in largebowl. Add honey, applesauce, and
water. Mix well. (Should be like a cake batter, add a little more water if
necessary.) Pour batter into lightly oiled or nonstick 9 x 5 loaf pan.
Bake for 1 One half hours at 275 degrees until well browned.
HELPFUL HINTS: In place of the rice flour, you can use garbanzo bean flour,
or half rice and half garbanzo.
