Ingredients:
No-Crust Spinach Pie recipe makes 1 Cup
1 cup Mushrooms
1 cup Red peppers
1 pound Ricotta cheese
1 pack Spinace, frozen, drained
4 Eggs
2 tablespoon Oil
Salt and pepper
Saute the mushrooms and red peppers. Cool. Blend all ingredients
together. Pour into a buttered 13x9 pan. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
