Recipe - No-Crust Coconut Custard Pie

Three fourths Stick butter
2 tablespoon Flour
1 One half cup Sugar
1 cn (large) evaporated milk
3 Eggs; beaten
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cn (3.5oz) coconut
Mix all ingredients well. Pour into 9inch pie pan that has been heavily
greased & floured. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes. Loosen edges & serve warm.
