Recipe - New Zealand Squares

One fourth cup Light margarine
One half cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Cocoa
1 Egg
One half pound Graham cracker crumbs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Three fourths cup Raisins, soaked and drained
Melt together first 3 ingredients until bubbly, then removing from heat add
egg and beat well. Add rest of ingredients and mix. Pack into a greased 8x8
cake pan. Cover with chocolate icing and refrigerate.
