Recipe - New Zealand Roast Lamb

Ingredients:

5 pound Lamb shoulder (boned, rolled
& tied)
One fourth cup Oil
2 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Pepper
2 cup HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE

Heat oven to 350. Rub meat with oil. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Roast 1 One half hours. During final 15 minutes, brush with sauce every 5
minutes, then once more just before serving. Serve remaining sauce
with roast.
