mild; to your preference)
One half teaspoon Dried leaf oregano
One half teaspoon Dried thyme
One half teaspoon Salt
Several grinding of black
pepper
VINAIGRETTE INGREDIENTS
One half bn Curlyleaf parsley; stems
removed and thoroughly
washed
3 Cloves (medium) very fresh
garlic
3 Limes; juice of
2/3 cup Olive oil (the "pure" grade
is fine don't waste the
extravirgin)
Salt to taste
