Recipe - New Orleans Crabmeat Au Gratin

1 One half cup Milk
2 tablespoon Parsley fresh minced
2 tablespoon Flour
One half teaspoon Dry mustard
1 One half teaspoon Butter
One half teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
One half cup Cheddar cheese shredded
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1 pound Crabmeat fresh lump
One fourth teaspoon Red pepper
1/3 cup Green onions chopped
One fourth teaspoon Paprika
3 tablespoon Parmesan cheese grated
1/8 teaspoon White pepper
Combine milk and flour in blender and process smooth. Melt butter in heavy
pan over low heat. Add flour mixture and cook over medium heat, stirring
constantly, until thick. Add cheese and stir until melted. Stir in
remaining ingredients and mix well. Heat through. Formatted by Mary
