Recipe - New Mexico Pasta Salad

1 One half cup Dry pasta; cooked
One half cup Green onion; finely chopped
One half small Red onion; minced
1 cup Corn; cooked
One half cup Black beans; cooked
2 small Tomatoes; chopped
One half small Red bell pepper; minced
One half small Anaheim chili pepper; finely
minced
3 tablespoon Lowfat mayonnaise
One fourth cup Black olives; chopped
1 Sprig fresh cilantro; minced
One half teaspoon Red chile pepper flakes
Combine all the ingredients, excluding the salt, pepper, olives,cilantro,
and chile pepper flakes in a mediumsize bowl. Salt and pepper the salad
according to individual taste. Serve equal portions of the salad on five
salad plates. Garnish with the olives, cilantro, and chile pepper flakes.
