Recipe - Nevas Version

1 pound Bulk Italian Sausage
crumbled and fried (drain
all but 2 tablespoons of
grease)
8 Green peppers cut or sliced up in
rings
4 Onions cut or sliced up in rings
2 Cloves of garlic crushed
1 pound Mushrooms cut or sliced up
Jack Cheese
1 cn Beer ( I have used the non
alcoholic kind and it works
fine)
Add peppers and onions, mushrooms and garlic to drained sausage stir fry
adding a little beer and letting it cook down stirring every now and then.
The trick with this is that you don’t want a lot of juice so you add the
beer a little at a time and let it cook down. To serve open submarine rolls
and put sausage mixture on buns lay the Jack cheese on top and broil until
