Recipe - Nesselrode Cheese Pie

1 pack (8 oz) cream cheese;
softened
2 cup Cold milk
1 pack (3 Three fourths oz) vanilla instant
pudding and pie filling
One fourth cup Finely chopped mixed candied
fruit
One half teaspoon Favorite extract
1 Baked 9" graham cracker
crumb crust
Workbasket Recipes: This issue (December 72) has so many intriguing
recipes.
Beat cheese until very soft. Gradually add One half cup milk and blend until
smooth. Add remaining milk and pie filling mix. Beat as directed on
package. Stir in fruit and extract. Immediately pour into crumb crust.
Chill until firm, at least 2 hours. Garnish with prepared whipped topping,
additional candied fruit and grated chocolate.
