4 Whole black pepper corns
One fourth teaspoon Fresh ginger root, minced
5 tablespoon Nepali black tea (heaping)
Crush all ingredients, except tea, with a mortar and pestle. Add to the
tea. Place in a tea ball strainer or small cheesecloth pouch and tie with
