Recipe - Nelsons Choice Rye Bread

2 One fourth teaspoon Active dry yeast
2 cup First clear flour
2 tablespoon Vital wheat gluten
2 tablespoon Sugar
1 One fourth cup White rye flour
One half cup Sour cream
2 teaspoon Caraway seeds
1 One half teaspoon Salt
1 cup Water
3 tablespoon Water
All ingredients must be at room temperature before starting. Add the
ingredients to the pan in the order listed. Select "White Bread". Press
"Start". Check the condition of the dough ball after 10 minutes and add
additional water as may be required (the dough ball should be rough and
dry).
