Recipe - Nells Own Spicy White Bean Dip

One half cup Fresh parsley leaves
1/3 cup Fresh cilantro leaves
One fourth cup Chopped green onions
One half teaspoon Chili powder
One half teaspoon Ground cumin
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Crushed coriander
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
2 Cloves garlic
2 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Plain nonfat yogurt
15 ounce Cannellini beans or other
white beans, (1 can)
drained
Place all ingredients in food processor, and process until smooth. Yield: 2
cups (serving size: One fourth cup).
Per serving: 184 Calories; 1g Fat (3% calories from fat); 13g Protein; 33g
Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 81mg Sodium
Serving Ideas : Serve with pretzels or fatfree chips.
