Recipe - Neighbor Nectar Smoothie

Ingredients:

6 tablespoon Nonfat plain yogurt
6 Whole nectarines; peeled and
cut or sliced up
1 One half tablespoon Honey; or to taste
1/3 cup Wheat germ
1 cup Seedless grapes

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on medium for 45 seconds.
Pour into tall glasses and serve.
